OC45 Tour Kickoff Show at Charlie's Kitchen 10/5

Beer, burgers, punx, repeat.

Boston DIY thrash punks OC45 are coming to a city near you, but first beer. 4 shows into their long-ass 2-month tour to support new EP 'Burn It' (which you can buy on Bandcamp for $4), OC45 will celebrate a hometown send off at Charlie's Kitchen in Harvard Square, Cambridge on Monday 10/5 with Grenades in the Archives and Lowell natives Pet Sounds and War Nerves. The U.S. trek that takes the band to Florida during FEST and out west to Texas, will eventually end back in Boston on November 21st.

Nice Guys “If You Roll It They Will Come” North American Tour

Nice Guys hit the road for a North American tour.

Local garage band Nice Guys is heading out on the "If You Roll It They Will Come" North American tour. The 18-stop tour begins and ends in Boston; get full tour details here. Nice Guys released a 6-song split with Free Pizza earlier this month via BUFU Records which can be purchased for $5 via Bandcamp.

Sneeze + Raw Blow Fall Tour



Boston's post hardcore/grunge/punk/loud bands Sneeze and Raw Blow will be heading out on a fall tour beginning November 7th in support of their 2014 records Wilt and Slow Choke respectively. The 18-stop gallivant hits the East Cost and Midwest, ending in Harvard Square, Cambridge for a homecoming show at Charlies Kitchen on November 24th.

You can snag a free download (at a name your price donation) of Raw Blow's very new EP, Slow Choke, on Bandcamp now. And purchase Sneeze's Wilt LP for $10 via the band's Big Cartel site.

UPDATE 10/31/14:

One week before tour, Sneeze took to Facebook to report van loss.
"Our van was just totaled in a car accident yesterday morning. We leave in one week. Does anyone have any suggestions / willing to rent us their van? If you can help in anyway that would be awesome. Everyone involved in the accident is OK and we really don't want to cancel this! Thanks!"

Trophy Lungs Announce August Midwest Tour



Boston’s Trophy Lungs (Death To False Hope Records, Drink Or Die Records) will embark on a Midwest tour this August to promote their latest EP No Judgement. The tour kicks off in Florence, MA on August 9th, hitting states like Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin along the way, and wrapping up with a proper homecoming show at O’Brien’s Pub in Allston on August 22nd with Great Lakes USA (Black Numbers / Boston punks with hearts on their sleeves) and Sad And French (Black Numbers / Not French, not from France. Save Ends Makes a Music Video - Gets Abducted By Aliens - Goes On Tour

When in doubt, cower in fear. Boston's pop punk / emo sweethearts Save Ends have released a video for track "Song of Susannah" off of their 2013 Warm Hearts, Cold Hands LP (Tiny Engines). The video, which depicts the end of the world for the band by way of Boston Costume rentals, kicks off their four-day tour with Cassavetes (PA / Black Numbers), including stops at AS220 in Providence, RI on July 24th and O'Brien's Pub in Allston on July 25th. Somos on Tour with I Am the Avalanche This Summer



Boston's Somos (Tiny Engines) will be heading out with New York's Rust Belt Lights (Adeline Records) and I Am the Avalanche (I Surrender Records) for their East Cost Summer Tour beginning July 18th in Brooklyn, NY and boomeranging back up to finish on August 2nd in Amityville, NY; making stops in Hamden, CT and Providence, RI along the way.

Somos recently released their debut LP, Temple of Plenty in March of 2014 and played a sold out Record Release show at The Middle East Upstairs with labelmates The Hotelier. (It was all ages, the Red Bull was flowing). You can purchase Temple of Plenty on vinyl and in digital format on Tiny Engines' site now and head to Bandcamp to stream the album in its entirety.

Oh hey, just an FYI...the short-lived yet forever eternal 90’s emo band, Mineral, will embark on a (for now) quick 20th Anniversary Tour of nostalgic pining and ethereal, angst-ridden noise beginning September with Into It. The Hotelier Announce 2014 US Tour with osoosooso

Boston It Band, The Hotelier, recently announced a 2014 US Tour with osoosooso to support the release of their upcoming full-length record, Home, Like No Place Is There (available for pre-order on Tiny Engines). The indie record label recently released two tracks off the anticipated February album.
