New Year's Eve 2012

Yay New Year's Eve! Raise your hand if you had a perfectly sexified outfit for the big night and then went out and bought a whole new one just because you cannot have enough sequin right now? True story, all year long. Here's the final verdict (for now).

Outfits totally depend on a few factors:

Where are you going - The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' Hometown Throwdown kid!
Who is going to be there - Amazingly awesome people
How long are you going to stand - Probs a long time, but I have plans on sashaying my way to any VIP area with seats
How far do you have to walk - Undecided, it's in the Parking Gods' hands

Mixed with some trendy fashion things like sequins, studs, banded or faux leather skirts, booties...and tada (for now).

Making your outfit work for you:

  • Cross body bags for shows like this one are key since big crowds, long nights and drink-holding can become cumbersome with a clutch. Also, depending on the size of your purse, you can sidesaddle your coat if there is no check.

I was told by someone, who apparently prefers sleeping on the coach, that this shirt looks like Charlie Brown meets David Bowie. Challenge accepted.
