Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling Premieres "Episode 15: The Girl Who Was Death" Video

Moral of the story, don't go out drinking with Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling

Boston’s Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling released a new music video last week for "Episode 15: The Girl Who Was Death” (originally premiered on boingboing.net). If you’re new to the game, DNFMOMD has been on a quest to write and record 17 songs, each one based on and inspired by an episode of the '60s cult sci-fi TV series, The Prisoner.

The band premiered a video for "Episode 10 - Living in Harmony" back in November 2013. Both songs are featured on the 2013 By Hook or By Crook, which can purchase for free at a ‘name your price’ download on Bandcamp.

“’Episode 15: The Girl Who Was Death’ is a recreation of the very iconic scene from that episode of The Prisoner, where Number 6 is poisoned in his local pub,” explains singer Sophia Cacciola. The two videos are the follow-up to Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling’s TIME Magazine award-winning 2011 music video for “Episode 1: Arrival” which was a “painstaking recreation” of the opening credits to the cult-1960s TV show The Prisoner.
